Forgot your password?
Don't worry — your password can be reset. For security reasons, only the system administrator can reset staff passwords.
What to do
- Contact the school administrator (in person, by phone, or by email).
- Confirm your identity to them.
- They will generate a temporary password for you.
- Log in with the temporary password and change it immediately from My Profile → Change Password.
This protects your account — no one can reset your password without going through the administrator.
